About Us
The Belgrade Nursing Home was constructed in 1965. It is managed by an independent Boards of Directors. Throughout its 55 plus years, several additions to the building have been made, predominantly a laundry wing and enlarged dining area within the facility. An office wing, in-service room, and seven independent living apartments have also been added, along with a new therapy room.
We are a skilled nursing facility licensed by the State of Minnesota for 34 beds, Medicare and Medicaid certified, and provide 24-hour services for both long and short term stays. Our supportive staff include on site nutritional, activity, housekeeping, laundry, plant operations, and social services. Additional on site services available include beautician, optometry, podiatry, rounding physicians, and religious services.
