About Us
The Belgrade Nursing Home was constructed in 1965. It is managed by an independent Boards of Directors. Throughout its 60+ years, several additions to the building have been made, predominantly a laundry wing and enlarged dining area within the facility. An office wing, in-service room, and seven independent living apartments have also been added, along with a designated therapy room.
We are a skilled nursing facility licensed by the State of Minnesota for 34 beds, Medicare and Medicaid certified, and provide 24-hour services for both long- and short-term stays. Our supportive staff provide on-site nutritional, activity, housekeeping, laundry, plant operations, and social services. Additional on site services available include beautician, optometry, podiatry, rounding physicians, and religious services.
