COVID-19 Prevention
PRECAUTIONS
We ask our visitors to postpone their visit if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, had COVID-19 in the last 10 days, or had close contact with someone with COVID-19. If you feel your visit is urgent, we ask that you wear a surgical mask during your visit, social distance when able, and practice good hand hygiene.
TESTING
Residents and staff are tested per Minnesota Department of Health guidance.
Vaccinations
We encourage all staff and residents to get vaccinated and give them various opportunities to do so. Education is provided to all.
